Dr. Kristin Caudy graduated from Miami University in 1995 with a B.S. in Zoology. After several years in a Research and Development position she returned to the Ohio State University for her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation Dr. Caudy worked as an emergency veterinarian at Capital Referral and Emergency Service but she missed the relationship that develops between a veterinarian and patient during regular visits to the vet hospital. She left emergency practice for a general practice position in Westerville where she enjoyed bonding with her patients and their owners. While there she also worked as the veterinarian for over 10 shelters and rescue organizations and had the privilege to be a veterinarian for the working dogs of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Having lived in the Tri-Village Area for over 10 years, Dr. Caudy's goal is to bring the highest standard of veterinary care to the area's pets. Her goal for Village Gate Animal Hospital and Pet Resort is to provide both preventative wellness care and treatment for ill animals as well.
Dr. Caudy currently lives in Harrison West with her
husband, daughter and son. They currently share their house with
their dog, Frank, and the hospital with their cats Hodge and
Sparticus
